Having loved The Gospel in Ezekiel, I was super excited to read another work by Guthrie. His writing is as beautiful as ever and he makes some excellent points. The main downside was that three of the four sermons were nearly identical in content (but with differing illustrations that were extremely poetic and lovely to read) and only one message really differed in the points he was making. Still, I love to read Guthrie's writing and learn his perspective on how beautiful he finds the truth of the Gospel.
