I'll reserve judgement on the workability of this plan to alleviate arthritis until I have tried it out and tested its effectiveness. However regarding its literary merits they are few. It is very repetitious, offers 'proofs' that are merely sited cases with two X-rays the only tangible evidence. This is largely inevitable in book format however. I take more exception to the layout, which does not make it easy to isolate diet requirements, shopping lists, procedures etc., as they are so scattered through the book. It could have use half the paper and made more impact if the style and order of material were sorted out and tightened up.
