Hey, here's the RD book. Had no idea they listed them. So my previous review of Brass Verdict is reviewed separately before I found this. Here was what I said there in general: Confession: This was a RD version but honestly I don't know what it is they edit out of these books. I somehow had two Digest's with four books each so here goes with a lot of 'reads'. I mean they're still books aren't they? So Crossroads was a catchy girl envy saga which had enough twists and turns to keep you wondering. And it wasn't all good as can be imagined by what envy can foster if you succumb. A cautionary tale if you are susceptible! Guilty was a romantic thriller that had a powerful courtroom shootout. Author said she had the idea after the true-to-life Atlanta one happened. But this had no specific similarities. Also, I had fun noting the 'bloopers' similar to those in movies. ...like after her back window had been shot out & her son kidnapped the love interest police boyfriend told her to act normal and drive to work the next day...and she is a prosecuting attorney. And he didn't even mention it when he looked into her vehicle! I was a little leary of reading Hannah's Dream as it deals with caretaking of elephants who have outlived their 'usefulness'. Thankfully it ended well and was not too much of a downer. Also based on real people and circumstances.
I just finished Hannah's dream. My hats off to the author it was a very good story this is a story to read if you are an animal lover like myself very good. Overall the book and four stories were pretty good
