First half was great but the second half was too preachy for me about living the perfect lifestyle of a monk. Not to mention the characters and the ending are ridiculous. 3 stars because I loved the introduction to the concepts of yoga in the first half of the book.

The characters and their circumstances felt clunky throughout, but I enjoyed and learned from the concepts of yoga the story presents.
