A good overview of online Help authoring. Had some useful tips on prototyping and usability testing, but overall wasn't really what I was looking for. (In fairness, what I'm really looking for is a way to make writing a huge complex help system with multiple authors easy and painless. A book explaining that probably does not exist.)
