These are easy recipes for an easy life. I think of cooking as foreplay it is eating that I really love.

All of these recipes came from somewhere, for example from my Aunt Fanny. (I don't have an Aunt Fanny). What happened to them is that I tried them out, simplified them, found out what my friends wanted to eat and varied them. Often I have substituted simpler ingredients where this does not adversely affect the taste.
