It is practical guide book for young adult about civil rights, however, I think if someone wants to know about laws and the civil rights, this book is a great start. Clear font, perfect pictures including original photo of early history are some of its assets. Also has bold social studies civil rights vocabulary for teachers and students. It is a valuable resource for social studies lesson.
