The book does answer many questions, which helps, and it repeats affirmations about flying (that it is safe and we are okay). I am not buying the part about all cabin crew are trained for every scenario, especially considering that I know some flight attendants and dont trust a couple of them. But overall, the book is helpful.

This book made me feel much better about my concerns, and answered questions I didn’t know I had about flying. I would highly recommend it to anyone who gets nervous flying. Mine is more claustrophobia based, and it was comforting to see in nog the only one. It also gets into people who feel unsafe or fear plane crashes.
