This is hands down the best business development book I’ve come across! It doesn’t necessarily introduce brand-new ideas, but it’s fantastic at organizing thoughts and helping you focus on what really matters. I find myself turning to it often—both for my consulting clients and to keep my own business on track. The layout is super user-friendly, with short sections and bold titles that make the key points stand out. It’s a quick, efficient read.
