Life.Pretty dull sometimes, isn't it? Ordinary. Routine.A drive in the car, a trip to the bank, putting out the rubbish, reading in bed; all menial tasks. Banal, even. But what if something happened, some occurrence to skew the perspective of those everyday tasks, to lead you on a path you'd never imagine? These are the stories where the ordinary becomes extraordinary, where the routine turns into the unusual, and the world you never knew existed becomes the norm...Follow on

About the author

Stuart McLeod

5 books2 followers
Stuart McLeod is a native of Fife, Scotland, born and bred in Dunfermline, the nation’s former capital.
Having left school at 17, Stuart started working in admin in the NHS, where he still remains 30-odd years later (all the while rising through a multitude of different roles, each with varying degrees of tedium)!
Hobbies include cinema, and he loves nothing better than donning a pair of headphones and settling down to a movie in a darkened room.
He is also an avid football supporter; as a fan of Dunfermline Athletic, he can often be seen with his head in his hands in the home end of East End Park.
Apart from his family, Stuart’s other loves are LEGO (If he could, he would make building LEGO sets his full-time profession), playing on his Xbox (single player games mostly), and listening to Marillion, his favourite band, still going strong after 40 years.
Stuart self-published Driven, a collection of short stories, on the Amazon platform, before turning his attention to his first novel series, Vapour Trail, also released in ebook format on Amazon. Vapour Trail consists of three novels: Zero Time; A Whole Different Day; and Somewhere, Sometime.
Stuart still lives in Dunfermline with his wife, children (those who have not already fled the nest to university), and his labradoodle, Flynn.
