Juniper Winters is not only too good and too young for a grinch like me, she is also my son’s ex-girlfriend.

WOW!! Fab*u*lous Absolutely love this one!! I couldn't put this one down. This was a nice quick, short read.
Dash and Juniper met three years ago, when she was seeing his son. Dash walks into his house and hears his son, Randy breaking up with Juniper. Dash can't believe what his son is saying so he walks in to intervene. One look at Juniper and Dash can't takes his eyes off of her, but he knows she's to young for him. Dash gives Juniper a ride home he invites her to stay but she tells him she needs to get home. Three years later, Dash stalks Juniper, he watches to make sure she makes it home safe. When he knows she needs to take the time to eat he sends her food. When Juniper needs a new car Dash makes it look like she won one. Dash makes sure all the community events that Juniper helps out with have enough funding. Juniper breaks down on the side of the road and it's Dash who finds her and gives her a ride. When Juniper finds out that Dash needs someone to help his paint his home, she answers the ad. Dash picks up Juniper to have her help his paint his living room. When Juniper arrives she notices how empty his living room is. Juniper asks Dash about it and he tells her he moved things out so they had more room to work. As they talk Juniper asks Dash why he didn't show up for her birthday party. Dash tells her he was there but he couldn't bring himself into coming inside. Dash thinks he's too old for Juniper he's twenty one years older, but she thinks age is just a number. Dash gives Juniper a ride home after they're done painting. Juniper makes it clear to Dash that she's an adult and pays her own bills. When Juniper gets inside her home her best friend is there waiting for her. As they are talking Juniper's best friend tells her she has an idea, she brings out a sexy Santa's helping lingerie costume and tells her she needs to show up to Dash's place wearing it. Dash is busy getting his home ready to bring Juniper there, he goes out and gets a Christmas tree, decorates it then get stocking for her and himself. When Juniper arrives in her sexy Santa's helper lingerie Dash doesn't know why she's there. Juniper steps out of her coat and Dash can't take his eyes off of her. Dash tells her she needs to make sure this is what she wants because once he takes her she's going to be his. Juniper tells Dash she wants him and has for the last three years. Dash takes Juniper to his bedroom, he pleasures her then they make love. When they wake the next morning Dash tells Juniper he has something to show her, he takes her downstairs and shows her his Christmas tree and decorations. Juniper can't believe she didn't see all this last night. Dash tells her he loves her and Juniper tells him she loves him. Five years later, they now have a daughter, Aspen and are married. Dash's son Randy had a hard time at first but when he seen how happy his father was he accepted them together. Dash's son Randy gets along with his sister, Aspen and tries to talk to her everyday. Dash and Juniper bring out the sexy Santa's helpers lingerie every year at Christmas, he even adds to her collection. Dash still can't believe his life, he didn't think he'd have peace and joy. Love can change the biggest of scrooges and make their hearts softer and able to grow.

dear author I think you need new ideas... a few days ago I read 'Big Nick Energy' by this same author and the stories are practically the same just with different names...

-single dad - his son's mom was his high school sweetheart, they broke up before they went to college but remained friends, during spring break they met up at a party, both were drunk and got carried away, they tried to make it work for their son but realized they would never be able to be more than friends

Dash is such a great guy, I love that he keeps himself in check and allows Juniper time to grow and mature before he claims his angel, but equally as time moves on he is like a giddy teenager who cannot wait to make his woman his. It is very sweet that she makes him as nervous as he makes her, and they both get the best Christmas gift they could imagine when they finally give in to the chemistry and sparks between them. Every dirty fantasy, naughty thought and hungry hope plays out as they have the best first Christmas together, Dash is completely Scrooged!

What a good love story
This love story involves years to be accomplished. Juniper was dating Randy, Dasher's son. Randy was a player and was after her for one reason. His father heard how he was talking to her and went in to defend her. What happened was, he fell in love with her. He made himself wait until she was twenty five before ever thinking of making a move. Little did he know, she was taken with him as well. How everything evolved was great. One suggestion, don't eat while reading the hot spot because you will eat too fast...lol. It's a really good book. Written by Cindy :)

I am a sucker for an age gap romance with some insta love and mutual pining. This gave us all of that and a whole lot of spice!
Dash was sweet and completely obsessed with Juniper but convinced he couldn’t have her so he takes to stalking her and looking after her from afar. Meanwhile she’s been in love with him from the moment she met him and finally ready to make a move and get what she wants. They were so good together I really enjoyed this one.

not for me
I couldn’t help but cringe my way through this book unfortunately. It was too insta everything. There was no tension and no attempt at giving a reason as to why they felt something for each other. It just was. The writing was eh and the story was just okay. The only part I liked was the FMCs friend and their interaction.
