He felt reckless one last time.Deb looked at his glass window with droplets of rain clenching to it. Priyanka’s face flashed for the last time with the lightning. And then it was all over. The razor shined the last unforgiving time in his raised up right hand till it came down slashing. It was all over. A puddle of blood formed on the white carpet as Deb lay there, his soul still fighting to unite with his creator.
He looked up. Closing his eyes, he felt the drops on his face. It somehow soothed his heart. As the rain slowly kissed his face soaking him, he couldn’t stop thinking about Ayantika and how much he loves her. It was difficult to look up as it had started raining heavily. He silently thanked someone, somewhere up above .Love never dies. As a sapling, it again rises silently from a secret corner of the heart. He opened his hand and tried to feel the drops.
