I must admit Evan did has such a bad luck, and the first Monster Blood is the best, the second is the worst of this whole series, just thinking about Conan then can makes me feel really sick
Goosebumps Monster Blood by R.L. Stine is a fictional story. This book was suspensful and creepy at some times and weird and funny other times. The two main characters are Evan and Andy. Evan meets Andy while he stays at his creepy old aunt Kathryn's house for a couple weeks. They go to the toy store to buy something to play with and they find a dusty old can in the back that says Monster Blood on it. It is a green slimy substance that bounces and sticks to stuff. When they get done playing with it each day they figure out that it is growing. Soon it fills up the whole bath tub. Then they start to wonder, is it alive?
Overall I thought the book was pretty good. I liked reading about how the monster blood seemed to be alive and was growing each day. One thing I noticed though while I was reading the book was a lot of the stuff that would happen, I was able to predict. I think fifth graders and younger would find the book really interesting and scary so that's who I think would like to read it.
