Funny... I've already given myself a many-years-long autodidact's education in this area, as have billions of other humans through time!
I thought it might prove interesting to get a professional take on all the stuff I used to take. I've pretty much put all of it down now except for the caffeine and I'm trying to be rid of that as well. I did it once but it didn't last. One day at a time... Other than that I take Lisinopril for my moderately high B.P. and OTC Meclizine for my Meniere's ... That's middle/old age for ya.
I had to drop my rating backwards as I skimmed through the rest of this. I'm sure it can be helpful to those concerned - not me anymore thank God - but it was VERY repetitive. In the latter half of the book 12-step recovery programs get plenty of recommendation so that's good. He also mentions "Rational Recovery" but I thought that had been discredited. I'll check it out.
