My stomach hurts, I can relate and several of my family members can too! I really enjoyed reading Harmony Within. It is an easy and enjoyable book that shares candid poop talk in relation to gut health. It is nice to be able to relate with gut health and suggestions to discuss with my doctor. Thanks for a great read!
