The above are two of the great stories in this collection. This is a well written and very entertaining collection. Its a collection that any book lover would enjoy.
I voluntarily read and reviewed this book for Bad Boy Update,
Boxset Book 1 This was so hard to get into, I didn’t like it at all unfortunately. Full of errors, Von and Brittney haven’t seen each other in 2 years but the baby’s his and is 9 mth old. She changed her name ( not legally ) yet all her credits at training to become a physio went with her and she trades in the fake name. The style of writing just isn’t for me there’s no natural flow, everything is explained as it happens. E we gen they had an argument he told her she had 2 yrs with their baby that he was denied, nots the many was only 9 mth old then she was his wife then girlfriend so very inconsistent throughout and unrealistic. Near the end Bon was suddenly Garret the Von then Garrett. Very disappointing to see the Thor using the wrong name of her character over and over. Book2 Started of. Enjoying this sport based romance but again the author has the names mixed!!! James only my parents call me James, my friends call me James. Then she’s excited , he asked me to call him his nickname James. His name is James whether it’s his parents or friends lol and it’s simply his name not a nickname. I have to be honest book 2 did get better and I did enjoy it but I really can’t get over book 1, it definitely made me want to DNR but I persevered, book1 got worse and worse where book2 did improve.
So I was hooked with a few reviews with descriptions of the 2nd story. But after diving in, I was getting very confused as to why the author would mix up details. For example, James and Katrina both started their date wearing a dress and suit. By the end of the date, they had jeans on? I read through another box set’s reviews and this issue was also mentioned. Reallt mixed up details and I’m very confused.
Arc review For a honest review in my own words. This box set has four books that are very beautiful and I really enjoyed these characters with their relationship. Each book has athletes who find there women and get them pregnant but how is the question and that's where reading each story will take you into their worlds enjoy.
This is a good boxed set, a really good buy. All the heroes are pro athletes that meet the love of their lives and are surprised by the appearance of a baby. Each was unique and end with a happy-ever-after. What I didn't like was the unending interior thought of the main characters.
I couldn’t even get through the first story. There were grammatical errors everywhere, the story was over dramatic, a timeline that didn’t make sense, and I’m sure the author couldn’t decide on a name for the MMC because it kept changing.
Loved this four book box set. Each book is about an alpha male athlete and women that have them turning their heads and the surprise of a little bundle that changes everything.
