There's usually a fear or a sense of anxiety for tests that you have to take for a job, promotion, or even for educational purposes. I didn't realize that I had test-anxiety, stress, or certain moods that are leading me to answer or pick the wrong choices on the LSAT; inability to read and comprehend because of it, and this book targets those issues as a whole to help students or people to improve on taking tests.

I have tried breathing exercises and low-intense cardio to also help and alleviate stress.

The introduction clarifies everything the book will cover.

I took some notes for safekeeping and very helpful and informative, which some things were self-explanatory (or read in other books in the past). But most importantly is to know the physical aspects as well as your thoughts; then doing some techniques to loosen your body and breathing will help soothe your emotions, thinking, and to do well overall. We have to think positive thoughts and refute any negativity. Will put into practice.
