If you're looking for a spicy novella with a hidden admirer who likes to wear a Ghostface mask, then look no farther. Josie is a lead singer in a band who also has a big heart for animals. Alongside her best friend Toby they rock out on stage and help take care of the animals at the shelter.

Josie starts getting mysterious phone calls that lead to in person encounters. As Josie's interactions with the masked man become more steamy and intense, she finds out not everyone is who they seem to be and others have alternative motives.

DNF @ 4%. This writing style was not for me. It jumped around and felt quite jarring. She's baking cookies and then with no warning she's diddling herself. And then in the space of a few minutes the cookies she just put in the oven are black and fused to the cookie sheet. Did she set the oven to cremate? Perhaps it gets better, but I'll have to take your word for it.

This book hooked me from the beginning, I couldn't put it down!

Ghost 🥵🥵 we all need a ghost in our lives 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨.

The storyline is perfectly written and the characters are portrayed perfectly!

I absolutely love how this story unfolds, and the twists! Just when you think nothings going to happen, bang! Liberty hits you with a twist that takes the story down another route!

I love josie. Her character is amazing! Doesn't take nonsense from anyone!

Ghost is the stalker that always gets what he wants! And I mean, the way he treats Josie, he can treat me 😮‍💨😮‍💨. And to find out who's behind ghost! I'm mind blown! 😱😱

The ending!!! Omg 😱😱!!

I can't wait for the next one!

I completely devoured Masked Desires by L.M. Stone. Who doesn’t love an unidentified masked person who would definitely destroy anyone or anything that looked at the FMC wrong? If you answered no, this isn’t for you. We love an obsessed MMC over here, and we believe that you should follow your heart, even if that means going after the girl of your dreams by breaking into her house… masked… with a knife…

L.M. Stone did such a good job with this one. The story and the characters are written really well. The plot was great, the plot twists were crazy! The spice was spicing! Overall I just loved this book. It easily earned its spot on my favorites list.

I definitely recommend this book to any fans of books that are of the darker variety, fans of long trigger warning lists, fans of obsessive masked men, and fans of scary movies. I also would recommend this story to anyone who just wants a book that will keep them on the edge of their seat until the very last chapter, and then put you back on the edge of your seat and make you immediately pick up the next one!

This is a good read for the slasher-lovers out there during spooky season.

It’s a solid start to kick off the series. The beginning was a bit confusing with the cookie ordeal, but as you continue on the writing starts to be more consistent and story flows more smoothly.

I love the mystery aspect of it. There were parts I was able to decipher and solve on my own. Not a bad thing, but it did make me feel like a sleuth on the right path. Lol. Despite that, there were secrets and major twists I did not expect.

The end left with a nice cliffhanger which led me to think that possible old ties will finally be let loose.

Masked Desires was dark, twisted, and completely addictive. If you love masked stalkers, dangerous obsessions, and that edge-of-your-seat tension, this book will be your next obsession.

He wears the mask. She wants to know the man underneath it. But once desire mixes with danger, nothing is safe anymore. Every chapter pulled me in deeper, and I loved the mystery that came with not knowing who was really in control.

The Ghostface vibes were everything. It’s dark romance with a horror edge—bloody, intense, and sinfully hot. The chemistry between the characters was unreal, and every scene dripped with tension and lust. The spice was perfection, intense and addictive from start to finish.

This story is the perfect mix of fear and desire, power and surrender. It’s one of those books that makes your heart race and your mind spiral in the best way.

Now I love liberty’s books and literally just bought this series for my wife because shes obsessed and well I had to read! Liberty never disappoints and i love her books.

Now this one is close to being a favorite but let see what book 2 has in store because im here for the ride

OMG!! I was absolutely blown away by this book a 5 star masterpiece. I loved the vibe of this book it gave off Scream Vibes from the first movie. ☎️ It was a toe curling adventure that had me on the edge of my seat. I also loved the mystery aspect of the story too. A female lead with a potty mouth and a sassy attitude, cringy friends and a sexy stalker is a sure way to keep me entertained. This thrilling novel had me on the edge of my seat clutching my pearls, wanting to turn the page to find out more. It's a mix of dark romcom, murder mystery and a forbidden spicy video you hide under your bed. Will be wanting more and Im loving it.
