Grammar becomes the central theme of communication when we talk about any errorless communication efforts. Grammar is the main guidance with which students and aspirants will gain mastery in talking and writing. Another important aspect of talking effectively is the linguistic competencies with which we try to move on. In some cases people rarely use any complete sentence for expressing views with adequate clarity. While talking in a group we can express our thoughts much more satisfactorily than by mere gestures. The utterance of the single word “Charles!” may “Hullo, Charles! Are you here? I am surprised to see you.” “Bread!” may suggest to the “Give me bread! I am very hungry.” “Courage!” may be almost equivalent to, “Don’t be down-hearted! Your troubles will soon be over.” Come here!” may indicate the instruction issued to a person and telling him, her to come closure. To construct the spoken or written dialogues we use special types of naming words, doing words, describing words and some linking or interlinking words. All these words always belong to any of the Parts of Speech. We often categories words used in a sentence on the basis of a role played by the word in a sentence. We even make ourselves confirmed about words used in a sentence. Due to this and some other reasons English as a language come with a set of rules to be followed. All such rules are obviously not followed while speaking.
