As a mom to 3 boys I am learning to understand and accept the constant presence of dirt, wrestling and odd bodily sounds. Being a mom keeps me humble and hungry. Hungry for a community that will help me grow and resources that will challenge me. I'm a mom who is FAR from perfect, I DON'T have all the answers - but I truly believe that together we can make this life-long journey a fantastic time of growth and hopefully some laughter too!
“I really appreciate Kasey’s lighthearted conversational style…it was easy to read and hard to put down!” - Jade V.
“Completing this study with my friends confirmed that I’m not alone. I’m a mom trying to balance it all…I especially connected with the essential of ‘surrender’. – Sherry G.
“I’ve been trying to figure out my place in this world as a mother, and Mom Essentials helped give me the tools I need to live life as a strong, Christian mother – no matter how old my children are!” - Lynette L.
As a mother of 9 kids (5 of my own and 4 step) it is so easy for me to lose myself in the chaos. This book really helped me look at different aspects and reminded me that even when I feel the most isolated God is there. This is an excellent book for moms, and is so easy to read! The author does a great job connecting with the readers.
I was given this book in exchange for an honest review, via Netgalley.
I was not able to finish this book. It wasn't bad, at all, but I found just to basic for me. These are all good reminders and I will keep this book to go back to and be encouraged, but I felt that my time spent reading this book was better used elsewhere.
