PRIVATE HELL

Rate this book
Brian Jeremiah Tidwell Ill has unintentionally been on a path paved with selfish intentions, that is until he meets Kennedy Cain on a perfect Saturday afternoon. Their encounter wasn't a coincidence because Brian didn't believe in coincidences. But whatever mystical intervention it was, caused him to fall head over heels in love with this woman, who admittedly thought that the stars had aligned perfectly for her to have found love too.

Love is foreign territory for Brian, but he's willing to roll the dice despite several red flags that are enough to make him second guess his newfound feeling. As their relationship evolves, Brian finds himself plagued with lingering memories from his adolescence that he can't quite piece together.

Brian chooses to step outside of his comfort zone in an attempt to support Kennedy, who is still healing from old relationship wounds, and while doing so opens himself up to facing the skeletons in his past. As their worlds are turned upside down, Brian and Kennedy seem to be riding the storm out together until doubt and suspicions threatens the foundation their relationship is built on.

After several attempts at getting to the truth, Brian is confronted with the reality of the situation and decides to do what he believes is the only thing he can do, either that or continue torturing himself with the worst-case scenarios living in his head. Brian is painfully conflicted, thus creating his own private hell. The question is will it end up costing him everything?
