One of the most powerful aspects of this book was the way it explored the transformative power of community. When Elizabeth befriends an elderly woman facing her final days, a close-knit group of friends emerges, offering warmth, understanding, and a safe space for Elizabeth to confront her demons. The depiction of this supportive community was both heartwarming and profound, reminding me of the vital role human connection can play in our lives.
