Another text book if you obtained your herbal medicine diploma with Dorothy Hall. This one was part of the nutrition component. The Natural Health Book explains each vitamins and mineral, why you need them and how they keep you healthy. This book gives you recipes for each mineral and vitamin, so if you've got a deficiency you can correct through what you eat (or prevent getting depleted in the first place). I used to cook out of it all the time because the recipes aren't just wholesome they taste good. Sadly, two copies have "walked" to new homes. Still hunting for a replacement.
