This was my first bariatriv book, and it had amazing resources. It does a great job of providing a step by step guide of what to expect and how to get the most out of surgery.
The team at Your Onederland is amazing with their motivation & with information for bariatric patients. I follow them on all of their social media & they always post things that I need to hear when I need to hear it. This book is no different. Being several years out from my surgery, I’ve lost focus. This book, with all of its information, helped me regain my focus & motivation. This is a book I will keep for when I am struggling with focus & motivation. All bariatric patients should have this on their bookshelves!
EB - ENG Fantastic. Easy explanations for the multiple questions bartric surgery makes you ask yourself. Invaluable resource for any stage of WLS. Definitely a must have if you are thinking about or have had surgery.
I loved this book. It was super helpful to honestly just help me feel normal! It was also super helpful to have some insight into what was to come! Recommend to anyone who has a loved one going through surgery or going through surgery themselves!
Very well written so that being informed was enjoyable and encouraging. Good presentation to help anyone to know what to be aware of to ensure success.
This book has been invaluable in preparing me for my upcoming WLS. It covers everything you could possibly need and doesn’t shy away from the tricky topics either. Can’t recommend it enough!
This was an okay read - it was a review of everything my clinic went through. It missed any content about coming into surgery with good habits already and assumes you have a ton to fix.
