I think it is a great book to set your mind straight on how to approach trading.
I really appreciate some of his practical advice.
However, I dont really fancy those lots of “tales”, snippets from various stories from different people (lots of them, really).
It could have been a better book if the author focus more on the practical approach other than the “stop-loss” method, nonetheless, still a good casual read for me.
Another book by Robbie Burns that really hits the spot. I'm a novice investor so I need all the help I can get to recognise where I'm getting it right and where I'm getting it wrong.
Robbie's style is engaging and unchallenging which helps you to concentrate on the message rather than deciphering the language. He doesn't use technical jargon but focussed on the issue at hand. If you are a Trekkie you'll enjoy the references to Kirk and Spock, but if not you might need to bone up on their character traits.
