Great into to Zen philosophy, practices and zen in daily life from zazen to cooking to interior decoration. The book is written in the perfectly fitting zen style with minimal fluff and each chapter eloquently and concisely bringing its point across, sprinkled with lots of photos and illustrations to make up the bulk of the book.
