April 18, 2013This book presented the realtor side of investing for the Canadian investor. It was precise and full of helpful inromation for the first time investor and the veteran. It was well written and very specific as to steps to take to get investing in the right direction and with excellent results. I have read many real estate books and this one STANDS OUT! By far, it had the most useful information that was current and for Canadians. Tahani's spirit truly jumps off the page and invites you into her world.

Great read, simple and to the point - love it. Now it is a time for me to write The Plan and to clear out the why I want to do the real estate investing ;)
