Animali guida.

Beautiful illustrations and layout, but I think this would have been much better as a deck of oracle cards.
Reading it cover-to-cover/ "in order," the messages are contradictory. (Like remaining aloof from all attachment [tiger] right into the importance of showing emotional vulnerability [elephant.]) The reflection questions after each animal are thoughtful and interesting, but are often talking about very different skills to practice- ie practicing mindfulness on one page, and living spontaneously the next.
If these were cards, choosing one at random to reflect on for, say, the day or for the week would make sense. The little paragraphs about each animal are mostly fluff- perfect for an accompanying guidebook- since they don't add much to the background or reflection questions.
....there are also quite a few proofreading errors, and I'm unsure the translation carries through in some places. (Not that I could do better, this just read as "directly translated" as opposed to "translated and shaped to fit the mold of the language it's being translated to."
