quick read of how normal people deal with everyday life and how the parts of the brain are affected during different types of life events. It is not a self help nor psychoanalysis book but an interesting read with 8 laws for effective thinking that can reduce stress in everyday life. Found the eight laws on a book mark while in Shadyside hospital and then found out Dr. Friday is on staff there. Found the book at the local bookstore and found it worth the few hours to read it. Enjoy
