The presence of time-delay in dynamical systems is a well-known case of instability and preference degradation. This book presents recent developments on the class of uncertain deterministic/stochastic dynamical systems with time-delay. Problems such as stochastic stability, stabilizability under memory and memoryless state feedback controller and output feedback control, Hinfinite control, filtering and its robustness are treated. Practical implications of the different methods are considered and numerical algorithms are provided for implementation.
