Jeff writes from the heart. He offers direct, straightforward advice to the layperson like myself and to his colleagues and fellow professionals. NBT shares real life scenarios as examples of how his method of NBT works. I've used the approach with my own family, my colleagues and with a much softer but still firm approach the young people I work with. I highly recommend Jeff's book to anyone that works with reluctant teenagers and adults that need a firm but fair hand in moving their lives forward.
