This book is a really fun read. The art especially is gorgeous, it's extremely stylish and striking and makes great use of color. The story is simple but sweet, as it has a lot of the most fun tropes you'd see in a 90s action cartoon. It's also a super quick read, you can probably finish in the book in an hour, so it doesn't wear out its welcome. If anything, it's actually a little too quick. I'd appreciate if the book had a few more scenes to flesh out the world and the characters. There are scenes of that, just not enough, and they aren't long enough to make the book that extra bit compelling to make it 5 stars.
If you're a fan of arcade fighting games, Scott Pilgrim and/or Dragon Ball and have an hour to kill, you'll probably like this.
