I think the thoughtfulness that went into this book is marvelous and the cast of characters that were interviewed is diverse and very interesting. Anyone who is thinking this is not what I want to do with my life can see how someone else with the same thoughts did something to change and for the ones who are doing exactly what they planned all along you get some insight into what they were willing to settle for in order to move up to where they wanted to be.
At this time of very difficult entry into the world of employment, this book may give some hope and some ideas of what one must do in order to be happy in their work by seeing what others who've gone before have done.
