2 books1 followerP. Carter is an artist and illustrator, who after many years of drawing, has recently begun to stretch her creative muscles with writing. This is her first published book, which is in honor of, and a tribute to her mom. Her background is in the healing arts. She has a diploma in Shiatsu and Acupressure. Her niece and nephews were part of an inspiration to create a children’s book. This book is the first book in a trilogy, and one of many more to come. In her free time, P. Carter likes to do yoga, qi gong, read, meditate, cook and spend time with family and friends. She lives in B.C., close to nature, with her cat Sophie.

This beautiful book is full of animals from different habitats across the world. From the farm to the jungle, and from the sky to the sea, this book is so informative and it would make a fabulous edition to a library and classroom. It is so gripping that kids will journey into sea, forests around the world and spend time with these incredible animals as they play, hunt and fight their way through their day.
The book is bright and colourful and filled with knowledge about different animals, the language is simple and beginner-friendly. It is perfect for kids who are super curious about their favourite animals. It explores the wonder of the colourful animals that are out in the nature, i'm sure kids will definitely like this cute and lovely book.
