This quote in the book resonated strongly with me. It feels like sound advice for everyone!
Throughout the book, the authors share stories of courage, forgiveness, gratitude, etc.
As the book mentioned, to be self-reliant is to be in alignment with the abundance that is all around us. It’s a way of being, and it starts with feeling abundant.
It also resonated with me that acts of kindness can build confidence and give a sense of connection.
I read an electronic copy of the book. The table of contents was not automatically linked to each chapter so navigation could have been more user-friendly. I would have enjoyed feeling more engaged because the book did not question or challenge my views much.
It is recommended to experienced self-help readers.
