Pareto Principal is this book

If you can get through the 80% of the self promotion, and puffery to get the 20% of things that actually matter to people in this profession then it worth the read. There are some great tactics, ideas and practical philosophies that will help you. I think this book could be half as long if you took out all the promotional stories about Justin’s coaching program and the testimonials of how great you are Justin. It’s like you have to continue to remind us about your income and how well you have done. The funny thing is after you blocked me on LinkedIn I knew I had to read your book. It was right in line with the way I already thought about you. I don’t think this will change your mind on anything or the way you act toward people you prospect for coaching but hey maybe. I would love to follow you again if you unblock me on LI
Heck if you ever come to Las Vegas I would buy you a drink and chat to better understand you.

I've booked 76 meetings in 19 days with this, the best part is I'm not even stressed.

I never imagined that there was a way you could scale empathy with his repeat cold call process, it's always worked for me when I say: I've heard they're great, what do you like about them?

Justin mastered this art of acknowledging their past decision not slapping with your pitch.. yet. When they want you too, they're people too they want respect and you only get when you give.

There are still lots to discover in this book I couldn't even believe that he's priced this at 3. Justin's been one of my superheroes.

I work graveyard shifts because I work from the Philippines, calling with high energy for a long period of time exhausts my voice. Heck, even my wife is proud since I've been consistently booking meetings.

Now, do I ask for a raise for the pipeline I've generated? 😅

I liked this book because it showed me that sales people have to try many times before they manage to succeed in sales.
He says all his tricks and also with the help of ChatGPT.
I liked that he said that LinkedIn Outbound messaging is like a conversation sometimes with the person. That you have even to be funny sometimes. It gave me the confidence to keep sending messages.
He talks about the Venn diagram to show prospects of where your product is standing vs the rest of the competitors.
I liked when he asks in a sales call about the competition and the person always answer with an emotion of the pain that the product is causing on him/her or team. He triggers an emotion that is an opportunity to sell their own product.
I like that it is a recent book with things I can apply to the current sales environment.

Not for the comfortable or complacent

I've been part of Justin's motley band of borgs for a while. At first, I thought he was just crazy. Then a genius. Now I'm certain he's a crazy genius.

Everything in this book works. There's proof out there daily.

It shouldn't work, if you listen to the myriad of cookie cutter talking heads in the sales world. But it does.

It works because it's different. It challenges you and rocks any complacency you may have.

You'll do things that don't seem logical. Things that don't seem like they'll be productive.

Then you'll start seeing results. Changes. Differentiations.

I was privileged to be one of the crowd source of editors as Justin wrote the book. Commenting, suggesting ideas and changes.

This will change the game.

Highly recommend!

In a sea of mediocre sales books, Sales Superpowers is a gem!

If you read ten books on sales, most of them will address the importance of prospecting, and maybe one will go in-depth on the topic.

Why? Because the authors don't know how to effectively prospect themselves, but that's all Justin Michael teaches in this book, and what you'll learn is game-changing!

There aren't many books I would recommend every salesperson read, but this is definitely one of them.

reboot outbound

Sales has never been harder. That’s what we keep hearing. But perhaps it’s because you are still running playbooks from 2005, 2015 even 2020.

The world has changed but human nature has not.

Connect with new moves, new shifts, new plays to get back to the top.
