I honestly didn't make it through the ENTIRE book - but from what I read - it sounds like a good read. Definitely helpful to those teaching music. I majored in Music - so I thought - what the heck - I'll take a read. It is more of a day-to-day diary account of her struggles, triumphs, etc...
