Simple and concise guide to level 1 Reiki.

Excellent and very informative. I just finished reading this book for the second time. It starts with a brief history of Reiki and includes detailed instructions and photos for the various hand positions. I am sure I will be refering to this for many years to come. I have printed out copies of the pages with hand positions to use as a guide until they ecome second nature.

Excellent source of information for any student or seeker
I found the book to be well written and informative. As a Master and Teacher I would recommend it to anyone wanting to refresh their teachings or to begin their journey. Or to simply answer questions anyone might have about this fascinating and fantastic healing method.

It's good advice.
This book is an excellent way to introduce someone to the idea of Reiki as a healing practice. I would prefer to learn this complementary healing technique initially with the person-to-person guidance a Reiki master practitioner, but in some cases it is better for a person to read about the history and background of Reiki, before receiving a treatment session, or before receiving an attainment into the Reiki "family tree."
I suggest reading this book, even if you only have questions about the ideology behind complementary inclusive healing arts.

Loved it!
Very informative and well written. It was easy to read and follow. A few typos here and there but, no one is perfect! Can't wait to read the next two and continue my studies. So pleased to have Reiki a part of my life. Thank you!
