An okay introduction to anger/handling anger for middle-schoolers. A couple of times the author seems to be addressing teens, but, unless they were like 13 I think they would think this title is too juvenile. I would say it's probably best for 10 to maybe 13-year-olds.
I absolutely loved this book. It was clear and simple to read. I read it first and I will be reading it with my son later. There is opportunities for discussion about anger and what is looks like for my son.
