It's been years since I've revisited this excellent manual for body mechanics. Reminded me of many great tips: awareness of head position, angle of feet to hips, subtle tweaks for maximum efficiency and elimination of pain from poor posture and bad work habits. I particularly relish the slow vertebral stretches and the mindfulness that comes with it. Great book to have on hand.
