This was excellent accompaniment to my journey from London to Atrani (bus-train-plane-bus-train-bus).

It was much more psychological and less plot-driven than I expected, but the questions it brought up are very interesting to me. I love the child’s character, and her explorations of the nature of memory, our inner worlds, and what it means to be human in the absence of other humans.

This is a beautiful stack of papers which I am happy I have stumbled across.

Ça commence bien comme histoire, mais plus la lecture avance...plus on se perd ...
