A wonderful self-guided manual based on the author's transformative course, which I took years ago. So for me, this was a needed refresher for building my strengths and mindfulness. Through written and audio exercises, it helps you become more mindful of your strengths and a stronger meditator. After all, what good is it to have character strength assets if you don't remember to use them? And if you are being mindful, you can be intentional about applying your strengths to whatever situation or challenges might arise. Three of my students from my positive psychology coaching class read the book along with me, and we met weekly to discuss our progress. We decided towards the end that it works better to meet once every two weeks. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to fluoride. This is a very intense workout, so it's not for the casual interest.
