Definitely a slow burn. Didn’t even talk about first aid kits or anything

there is more than meets the eye with this book. definitely one of the thickest, most adventurous and emotionally tumultuous pieces of literature i’ve read. the author does a wonderful job of taking you on a journey that questions your existence and the path you’ve chosen for yourself, but in the end you’ll sing its praises. definitely a self-reflective book. can’t wait to talk all about it at my next book club 🤩🍷

⚠️warning! is a bit smutty. can’t wait for the second one— maybe they’ll finally kiss. waited 700 pages & still NOTHING!!!

Time to take step 1! This book was extremely helpful throughout the entire preclinical years of medical school and preparing for NBME exams as well step 1!

Update: I passed! This book is the holy grail!!!

it's unfortunate for the authors of this magnificent textbook that this review is so swayed by the actual test itself (0 stars) but I fear that's how the cookie crumbles when you choose to delve into the board exam realm.

thank the heavens above i never have to think about this test ever again, and for that, 5 stars.

little perturbed by the visuals, but still interested to see where they'll go with the storyline in the sequels

The twists and turns of this book! From start to finish I couldn’t guess the plot twists! I’m definitely going to have to do a few rereads to fully grasp the meaning of this book.

I bought this book and then maybe opened it twice. I never used it. Dirty med all the way.
