Wow! I absolutely loved this book. Amazing characters and wonderful plot. Very beautifully written and easy to read.
After one of Tullio Bigatti’s men hurt her brother, Leonora Kallistos, she wants to get even with him. After coming to his casino, Tullio has her in his sights. He is determined and strong and now he won’t Leonora go. I had so many emotions throughout this story. I was constantly on the edge of my seat. I loved the chemistry and passion between Tullio and Leonora. They were made for each other.
Overall I loved this book very much. If you’re looking for an enemies to lovers, billionaire romance then you’re going to love it.

Mr. Big by Bella Di Corte is the First book in the Mobsters of Vegas Series. This is the story of Tullio Biggati "Mr Big" and Leonora Kallistos. Leonora is out to get what she feels she should have after Mr. Big hurt a family member. But now she has found herself in his sites. The was a wonderful quick hot read. Loved this start to a new series!

An incredible love story. Tullio's and Leonara's story was one of the best "love stories" in a genre that sometimes struggles with producing a real "star crossed love" story. It takes place in Vegas, but the plot takes you to different places in Europe as well as Greece and is a beautiful described visual experience while our characters travel from one place to another. Everything is not as it seems as this couple must encounter threats and revelations as the story unfolds. The secondary characters in this book are very strong with the author divulging histories and snippets of script that hopefully will turn into their own stories.
Mr. Big or Tullio belongs to a long standing crime family that has casinos and other business' throughout the world that tend to successfully navigate the precarious world of legal vs. criminal.
Mr. Big's character is definitely more 2024 in his Italian heritage and the demands put on him that cross the line when needed. He is the right combination of ruthless when he needs to be, loving and protective to not only Leonora but his family and hers. I can't remember a MMC character in a book that I liked so much in sometime. He and Leonora's connection was one made for "romance books" with some of the best inner dialogue and love scenes/dialogue in a book for quite sometime. This story has the usual "forced arranged marriage" that Tullio walks away from only to find the love of his life in Leonora some time later. I loved that this story took a more realistic look at this world in this century and not in a time machine of decades past.
There is plenty of ups and downs as this couple must navigate their relationship, abrupt marriage and feelings that rise to the surface as the story progresses. The author didn't use any unusual kink in the sex scenes but did a great job of writing scenes that sizzled off the page. Some authors, which I have stopped reading, fill their books with dub/con, rape in some instances; and more BDSM than 50 Shades of Gray. They lose too much content in the storyline because the book centers around punishment which is always focused on the FMC. A little goes along way for me as a reader when everything the FMC does is construed as punishment. I know there is an audience for that type of fiction, but personally prefer something with more content and substance and reality. I know too many women that would tell those characters to go f......k themselves vs., being reduced to a shadow of their previous selves. I have read all the 50 Shades of Gray series and enjoyed it but even that series had a plot and reason for Christian's unusual kinks. Too many authors have taken that type of story to a new level pushing that narrative to make 50 Shades look like child's play.
I can't wait for the next story in this series. This one is a keeper.

Read the novella in the Vows and Vendetta anthology. I didn't want it to end! I wanted more...More Big, More Leonora! In this new, solo book release the story has been expanded to a full novel. And Bella Di Corte gives us Soooo much more!
In my review of the novella, I compared Big to Mac (in Machiavellian). If you're a Bella fan, you know how great Mac is! The similarities...both had a great love for their woman...a love they would do anything for. Both had to work to earn their woman's love. But the similarities end there. The reasons they had to work for it are different and their stories a very different.
Following is an excerpt from my review of the original novella in the anthology. It still holds true!
... this story is romantic with just enough danger. But it's so much more. It's hot and steamy and, oh boy ... that shower scene gave me butterflies! If you want to experience that giddy, butterflies in your stomach, heart stopping emotion of love at first sight...read Mr. Big. I promise you'll love it!
In this expanded version we get some additional danger and so much more of Big and Leonora's relationship. We get to witness the depth of their love .... His response when she asks..."Am I enough?"
[“I love you more than life? My next breath? More than the blood in my veins and the air in my lungs? ... Is that what you want to hear? "]

We get to visit with old friends like Rocco Fausti who is his usual charming, romantic at heart self! (He even sings at their wedding in Italy!) And yes... we get to go back to Italy and Bella takes us on an amazing tour of Portofino and Triora, Italy (which have now been added to my bucket list!). Bella just knows how to take you on a beautiful journey...of great love and wonderful places!

Mr. Big (Mobsters of Vegas Book 1)

I fell in love with Big and Leonora when they made an early appearance in Vows and Vendettas: A Mafia Romance Anthology earlier this year. When I found out the author had extended the story and added more words and more Big and Leonora - I was - I want that!!
Author Bella di Corte did not let me down! This couple….honestly they have such a connection, it’s like they know what the other is feeling, it is mafia love at it’s best.
But, the best and biggest surprise was spending time with Rocco Fausti….that man…he sings at wedding, he can charm anyone and he was happy in this little snippet we had of him!
Mr. Big (and the Mrs.) is just the beginning of a Vegas Mob series and you know that is going to be good. If your an avid Di Corte reader you will also know one of the “gangsters of New York” came from Vegas….he has got to make an appearance at some point I can just feel it!
In Mr. Big, we learn about his grandmother Kitty and the girls who worked with Leonora, we also see that in a short time Leo’s brothers have done some growing up and I bet we will be much more of them.
All things point to Gio (Big’s cousin) being our next Vegas mobster and I for one can’t wait!
Grab yourself a copy of Mr. Big and spend some time in Vegas baby! This is an updated review as Mr. Big is now a complete Novel.

Mr. Big got his name the way we want all Mafia bosses to get it, from his last name being shortened from Bigatti…to Big…and Big describes him to a tee!
One might think a man like Big would be feared and in many cases yes, but in this case Leonora Kallistos was going after Mr. Big for a reason. A good reason, one of her cousins had been hurt by a man known to work for Big; however, all she wanted was the money she figured she deserved for her cousins hospital bills……what she didn’t count on was who would show up!
The push and pull between these two was crazy hot and I know he had me by the end of Chapter 4, I was ready to say “sign me up, I will happily take Mr. Big!” alas he only had eyes for one person…Leonora.
As always there is so much more going with side characters who you will learn quickly to love! For instance, Big’s grandmother Kitty and Leonora’s step-brothers Phoenix and Angelo. The only other person I’m going to mention is Gio….because you know anyone named Gio is going to quite a character!
I fell in love with Big and the rest of the characters who bring readers laughs and awww’s and I’m hoping that maybe in the future we will get an expanded book about Big and Leonora and if my eyes saw what they think they saw, we might even see more of one of DiCorte’s other mob men…let’s face it, her mob men are heavenly in a mobbish way!
If you haven’t treated yourself to a Bella DiCorte mob book pick up Machiavellian once you finish Vows and Vendettas; you won’t be sorry and Mac and Big may just be cut from the same cloth!

I love this story! From the first word until the very last word, I was captivated.

Leonora Kallistos meets Mr Big, aka Tullio Biggatti, in quite an unconventional but memorable way. I adore Leonora so much; she is such a strong woman who doesn’t shrug off her responsibilities—even when they’re not fully hers. Tullio is also a great character. As the story progresses, we get to know him better, as he is not as easy to read as Leonora. Their chemistry is immediate and red hot.
This story has some fantastic support characters, too. Kitty is an absolute legend. Even the ‘evil’ characters are interesting, making you want to know more about them. I’m looking forward to reading more books in this series.
The story takes readers from Vegas to Italy, then Greece. The scenic descriptions are terrific and make me want to travel there.
With loads of drama and some incredible action-packed scenes, this book is a must-read.

This book is so beautifully written. It felt like poetry and magic.
Once I started I couldn’t stop. I was pulled into the story right away.
Leonora was such an amazing character. Big hearted and kind. She loves wholeheartedly.
She's loyal and fierce. Leo, as she's known, is a hard worker. She's honest and has integrity.
Money is always tight and she is barely getting by. She supports her two brothers and her mother.
Tullio Biggati, Mr. Big, runs Vegas with an iron fist. Ruthless, cunning and dangerous.
His confidence in himself and his brooding nature. Makes him alluring and captivating.
You don’t mess with him and live to tell about it.
His reputation precedes him. And it’s not exaggerated.
And Leonora is about to find that out. Up close and personal.
I just absolutely loved these two. While they are opposites of each other. They compliment one another perfectly. They fit the missing parts pieces of each other’s soul and heart.
I loved everything about their story.
It’s beautiful, it’s sweet, sexy and steamy. And enough drama and danger to keep things interesting.
I loved the line about blinking and the scene would change. How Leonora took that to heart.
That just touched me so much.
I adored Angelo and Phoenix. Especially when they started to find stability and peace.
The scene with them and Leonora in Italy just made me so happy.
And tears came to my eyes when Big completed the whole beautiful scene.

I loved this book and the main characters I actually read this in one sitting I couldn't put it down!!
After one of Tullio Bigatti's men hurt her brother, Leonora aka Leo she wants revenge. She comes to his casino to even the score with him but oh no Tullio or Mr. Big as he's known has her in his sights and boy does he move quickly lol. This boy is determined to have Leo and once he gets his claws in he won't let her go. When Leo is catched stealing money from Mr. Big he gives her a proposition to either marry him or he cuts off her hand. Sooooo you guessed it he doesn't back down easy and before you know it they are married!!!
There are plenty of ups and downs that these two go through, abrupt marriage and feelings that come to the surface very quickly. The sex scenes are 🥵 all I say is the shower scene 🥵🥵🥵 possibly hands down one of the best sex scenes I've read in a long time and I've read a lot lol, the chemistry is instant between these two. couldn’t wait to finish …
I have never been so disappointed by one of Bella’s books as I have been with this one.
It was like a mini Fausti remake and a merger of two novellas in one.
Semi-Spoiler..
How in one breath you say I’m hardened off to love and in the next breath he’s broken all your walls down. Married within 24 hours and so in love with each other.
Then the two novellas .. first part was “day one” .. ok it was actually like a week if that. While the characters are good the whole thing is rushed. Second part is a month later and where the whole Fausti remake comes into play a lot more. I’m not saying that because of the appearance of Rocco and his terrible wife but because “the feelings, anxiety and connection” between Big and Aphrodite are way to close to Brando and Scarlett. (Sidebar I think Rocco needs a new book where he finds someone because he’s too good to be so unhappy in his marriage)

What a wonderful book of love and romance. You not only get one main love story but several side stories as well and oh how wonderful they all are. Well if you can call overbearing mobsters types wonderful. But in this case, IMHO, it fits. Tullio Biggati, aka Mr. Big, runs a hotel/casino in Vegas along with most of the city’s underworld. No one messes with Mr. Big, so when a young woman (Leonoral) dares to come into his casino and steal from him, she must be dealt with. Little did he know Leonoral is the same beauty he saw at the bar and thought she reminded him of Aphrodite. So he gives her an offer she can’t refuse…
This is a fun, romantic and exciting read. Like me I am sure you’ll fall in love with Leonoral, the sassy, headstrong woman who is barely scraping by while trying to raise her younger brothers and Tullio, the sexy, alpha mob boss who is used to having his way no matter the cost. But he just might have met his match in Leonoral.

A great start to a new series!
Mr. Big was his grandfather, but everyone still calls him that too. Tullio Bigatti runs Vegas along with is cousin. His family history is quite a story, going back to his grandparents. When a woman shows up in his casino and steals from him, he's ready to make her pay for her crime, but when hears her name, he's more intrigued than ready to hurt her.
Leonora Kallistos is just trying to make it in life and keep her younger brothers on the right path. When she discovers that the older one is hurt and how it happened, she's ready to take matters into her own hands to retaliate for the pain and suffering. She's not prepared, however, to go against the man that she believes to be the culprit of it. When he tells her that she has to pay for her crime and how, she's scared.
I loved this story and I can't wait to read more in the Mobsters of Vegas series to come. Bella Di Corte is a great storyteller and her mafia books are full of danger, darkness, and don't touch her or die vibes. I've loved everyone that I've read and can't wait to read more.

I originally read this when it was a short story in Vows and Vendetta and below is my review......
Not since Mac in Machiavellian have I fallen in love with a main character so quickly. Mr. Big might even move to first on my list of hot loveable dangerous mafia men. I just love Bella's writing and how she pulls me into her stories and I quickly get invested in the characters. Leonora and Big come from different worlds, but have an instant connection and it's full speed ahead from there. There was danger and a few familiar faces and everything else I have come to love about books by this author. My only complaint was that it was over too soon and I want more!!!!
I am 100% in love with Mr Big and the additions to this book are fabulous. I loved seeing Rocco again and hearing Ms. Kitty's story. This was such an amazing love story and the additions just brought so much more to the story than it was originally. I am so excited for the other books in this series.

Mr. Big is an addition to the Mobsters of Vegas series, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The story follows Leonora Kallistos, who vows to take down Tullio Bigatti, the powerful and ruthless mafia boss known as Mr. Big. The premise is intriguing, and the author does a good job of building tension and suspense throughout the book.
One of the strengths of the novel is its vivid portrayal of the Vegas underworld, which is richly detailed and immersive. The characters are well-developed, particularly Tullio, who is both menacing and charismatic. The romance between Leonora and Tullio is also well-executed, with a slow-burning intensity that adds to the overall tension.

As usual Bella Di Corte has written about a new mafia family this time, they are in Vegas instead of New York. This is the story of Tullio Bigatti and Leonora Kallistos. Mr. Big as Tullio is called Mr. Big but he was actually his grandfather who was really Mr. Big, and he built the casino he owns in Vegas because his grandmother Kitty doesn't want to run it. He also has a cousin Gio who runs another casino, and his grandfather ran another casino and was married to Kitty also. So, they are cousins because of their grandfathers were both married to Kitty. You have to read this story to actually understand Kitty's love story. This story was filled with drama and suspense, but it was filled especially with love. I can't wait to read the next story in Mobsters of Vegas. As always we got to see the hear from the Royal family of Italy the Fausti's.

This story is absolutely phenomenal. Leonora is amazing. I love her strength and who she is overall. Tullio Biggati "Mr Big" is exceptional. His is so perfect and magnificent. Leonora and him are extraordinary together. From the moment they meet their connection is so remarkable and intense. I love how Leonora can hold her own and the Tullio loves and respects that about her. Their love and connection is incredible.
Bella Di Corte always hits the mark. Her books are truly one of the best books I have read. I can always count on her to write a beautiful, heartfelt, and authentic story. Every single one of her books has made an impact on me.

This is the first in a new series, and this is Mr. Big / Tullio and Leonora’s story.
Tullio is dangerous and ruthless, and he rules Vegas, while Leonora is strong, and determined, and she is out for revenge after on of his men hurt her brother. From the moment that Leonora enters his casino, Tullio has his sights set firmly on her.
This is a well written story which is easy to read, action packed, and emotionally charged, with enemies / lovers, tension, loyalty, undeniable chemistry, opposites attract, romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining, fun, and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

When I first read the novella in the anthology, it was perfect in it's tiny form, but after re reading it in it's full sized form, now it truly is perfect.
My only complaint before was that I wish there was more pages because I adored this couple so much.
Now I have no complaints.
Hence it would be rude not to have this on my top reads list.
And I didn't think it was possible but I loved the new stuff even more than the original piece.
I definitely recommend that everyone dives into this story asap, it's not to be missed, and I'm definitely excited for the next book in the series.

One look at Leonora, and he knew she would be his.
I couldn't get enough of this couple. Every single time Big called Leonora Aphrodite made me swoon. He is a dangerous man but freaking sweet, generous, and hot.
The spice and chemistry was on fire and I loved Kitty😆

The world's created by Bella Do Corte, have a habit of pulling me in at the first chapter and I never want to leave. I love the men she writes, so tough and dangerous but for their women soft and romantic. Loved this updated version of this read, gave me the more I wanted from these two. Big and his wife Leonora have a love we all crave and want for ourselves. These two have a few bumps in the road forsure, but he definitely turned out to be her prince charming.

Leonora embodies perfectly the character traits I seek in a female character: courageous, funny, and strong, a true protective lioness towards her two brothers.
Unfortunately, I wasn't captivated by Mr. Big's character, and their love story didn't appeal to me either. Despite a promising start to the story, the more I turned the pages, the less engaged I became, and I had to force myself to finish it.
However, credit where credit is due as the French saying goes, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's,": the story is very well written.

Great read! This is a must-read with awesome characters non-stop action and a cast of wonderful characters. We love a cast with strong female characters like Leonora.
If you love mafia romance it was a quick read that was engaging fun, entertaining, and filled with romance.
We loved this spicy dark romance between Mr. Big and Leonora who were hot together and their chemistry was awesome. This story checked all our boxes and was perfect for everything we look for in a mafia romance.

Love the story and I couldn’t help but love the characters! Never ask what else can go wrong bc I’m sure you will be shown. Mr.Big is not what you expect. I thought it was cute when Lenora finds out he’s not what she was expecting either. From the moment these two meet, they chemistry is off the charts. They are great together. I don’t want to say too much but you definitely need to grab this book! It’s great.

Mr. Big is a quick romance read. Leonora is just trying to survive and raise her 2 brothers when one gets in trouble she doesn’t have a problem going to the top. Big falls for her at first sight and hard. These two set of fireworks right from the start. Amazing chemistry and intro to a new series!

3.5 ⭐️ I liked this book a lot. Bella is a favourite of my mine. But I have to say this one had a few plot holes for me. Other than that I enjoyed this read. Loved reading new characters and reading some OG ones.

I enjoyed this, even when it was a bit over the top. Big and Leonora were a wonderful couple and the odds seemed against them but love triumphed over all. Kitty's story was a definite plus. Now bring on Gio....and Angelo!!

I didn’t have the pleasure of reading the shorter version of this story, but I loved this upgraded version.
When Leonora meets Mr Big you can feel the instant connection. It wasn’t just sparks but fireworks with this couple. They were definitely made for each other.
Their love story had lots of action, drama, and steamy moments. So entertaining to read. I can’t wait to read more of this series.
