This edition of this work on science teaching in primary schools incorporates new material since the first (1991) edition. With formal frameworks for planning science curriculum content now set out, the book aims to help teachers and student teachers with science education in that context.
Really appreciate this resource and could use it as an ultimate guide to planning & teaching elementary science. Only gripe is the chapter on inclusive science education - the provided descriptions of various learning variations are outdated, stereotyped, and grossly deficit-based.
