Nothing wrong with most of the information contained, but VERY basic. Several veggies only have recipes for steaming. Um, duh. I'm not an expert cook by any means, but I didn't learn a thing from this book. And for as huge as it is, it omitted my favorite method of preparation, roasting with olive oil and salt. Good thing it was a library book.
