When Court comes to Cassie's defense against some unsavory characters, she sees Court in a different light. Sparks ignite between them but Court is her father's best friend and a relationship between them would be considered wrong given their age differences but that doesn't stop what the heart wants. Will Court and Cassie come clean to her father about them possibly ending a long friendship.

"Castle's Corner" was about Court Castle and his best friend's daughter Cassie Holt. There were some light sex scenes, to me made the book more entertaining. It also had Court's grown son Andrew, along with Court's brothers Case and Connor. The bad person Randall. I also loved the ending with the baby reveal. I recommend this book as a very good book to read.

Cassie and Court. I just love a knight and shining armor type of story and this has that. Of course, with that type must come some danger and there's plenty of that...not too much...but it makes it exciting and glues you to the pages. Mix in a sizzling touch of passion and lust and you get some pretty awesome steam.
I'm pretty sure that towards the end I was smiling as I was reading...without even realizing it.

I like Cassie's spirit and how she knows what she wants. I wouldn't mind having a "Court" of my own because what I'm able to picture in my mind, from the author's description, sounds pretty amazing to me.

Castle's Corner is a perfectly laid out love story with suspense, danger, friendships, fun travel on a private jet, an age gap relationship that makes you feel like that's just no big deal, and you have to wonder how Court is even going to be able to keep his friendship with his lifelong best friend who just also happens to be Cassie's father...lots of surprises in here and the HEA that'll leave you smiling... like it did for me.

Cassie works for Court at one of his clubs. He's a friend of her father's so she keeps her crush that she has on him to herself. One night when she is working she is accosted by a man at the club and isn't able to get away until Court intervenes. The same man and his friends then attempt to attack her in the parking lot but Court scares them away. Soon there are varied attacks launched against Court, Cassie and the business. The suspense in this story is spot on along with the spice. I enjoyed these characters, especially when they agreed to pursue a relationship. Even though they were keeping it a secret, they were both fully all in. It was nice that they were on the same page.

I loved this story the only thing I wish for this story is there was more tension and back story. We know that she is friends with his son, her dad is his best friend so we watched her grow up.

I personally love angst and tension and would have loved some more it was a little rushed but the story had so much else going on that it wasn't missed that much.

When Cassie is accosted at the club the way Court comes in like a knight in shining armor and protects her at every turn chefs kiss.

Her Knight to the Rescue

Cassie and Court find themselves in an unusual situation when she is almost assaulted by an unwanted customer. A series of events keeps them vigilant as the danger is increasing. Their attraction to each other in turn ignites as they spend more time together making this a well-balanced and well written story that was thoroughly enjoyable.

Castle ‘s corner is an off-limits, dads best friend, secret romance, that will keep you on edge and excited to see what happens. I couldn’t put the book. Claire Kirby waxed poetry in this book and I can’t wait to read more. I hope to read the story of Courts brothers or even Andrew and Mia’s story.
