I did gain some insights into the benefits and some points about how it can be maintained on a daily basis. So for that, 4 stars.
This is the second book I read about fasting and I liked how this author made it very clear that fasting it’s a challenge and that it was tough to do HOWEVER SHE gave lots of insights as to how it’s doable. The other book I read by Gin Stephens made it seem like it was a magical thing but this author warned you and gives your tips to overcome all negative effects! Highly recommend
