I GOT to say......the exercises in here basically took all the thoughts I ever wanted to verbalize to understand my journey more, and put them all into structure for me. I despise pondering my past experiences because I want to get away from them. But the exercises in here actually make me want to analyze my past, which I honestly never want to do. While I was doing the "Satisfiers & Dissatisfiers Of Past Jobs" list, it shed light to me to write what I personally counted as satisfying or dissatisfying, and not just the textbook definition of a benefit from that job. If I constantly stick to the textbook definition instead of what I personally deem beneficial, all of my next jobs will be like the last one. All the exercises combined provide useful information that make you think very deeply into what you want for a FUTURE job.
I did have to try to get past the beginning, it was a little repetitive. Although I did think there were too many case studies, I appreciate that they all seemed as realistic as they claim them to be, so they're worth it.
