A good guide to understand ADHD

I found this book helpful in analyzing behavioural issues living with ADHD. It starts by identifying what a person goes through and feels before jumping to give solutions. The main focus here is to understand the situation and learn how to manage it. As such, from personal experience, during outbursts, or when going through a slump, not much helps. It is a disorder that has been recognized widely now and a person can even get workplace accommodation as it can't be helped or fixed. It is a constant battle with oneself. I didn't find how this can be brought to light in schools and teachers can be made more aware of this as well. Because if we are honest, this book, or any book, can't be read by the person suffering but by the one around them. Focusing on regular things is a big issue for people with ADHD.

I know ADHD can be a pain, but this book has some real solutions.

Super practical, not just about understanding ADHD but giving actual tips and tricks for everyday stuff like getting organized, making friends, and even planning for the future. Written in a relatable style, the book empowers teens to take control of their ADHD and chart a path to success. I recommend!
